Fantastic service and professionalism! I was helped by Carlo, who not only fixed my computer, but also did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair and explaining what had happened and how he had fixed it. Awesome lads. Deeply knowledgeable, highly available and generous with their time and expertise. They managed to recover data from a trashed SSD, which in their words, was one of the hardest recovery jobs they had handled. And they did it all at a very reasonable price. Bravi, bravi.
